Convenient location, front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Given the nightly rate, I was disappointed there was an additional fee for parking and breakfast was not complimentary.

The rooms, furnishings and building are good quality and appear to be well maintained. The location is good for access to downtown, the university and the interstate. The front desk and food service staff showed no customer service skills. The pay for parking seems like a hidden way to raise prices and is extra annoying because you need an obscure app to load your vehicle and pay.

The property was well maintained, the staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and very spacious. My only compaint was breakfast was short staffed. There is a $10 parking fee. All in all I would definately stay here again!
