Nice spacious 3 bedroom place for the price. Listed as bare bones, and yes, it was. So, we were not upset. Suited our needs for long weekend- but did make a walmart trip for paper towels, tissues, and a couple other essentials. Doors tended to stick on bed rooms and bathroom, and floors could have been a bit cleaner- socks got dark bottoms rather quickly - so we made sure to leave shoes on while in house. Expect to hear traffic from main road. Again suited our needs we did not spend much time there. Good location to Folly Beach and Charleston.

Great (close to)beach stay!

Me and my 4 other friends stayed here and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a perfectly fine little house that was so conveniently close to food, grocery stores, and the beach. And as a group of just girls, feeling safe in a vacation home is definitely a major factor! Everything was clean and had plenty of room for a decent sized group of people! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Other than some minor things this house was great. We didn’t have time to get to the beach and thought it would be closer, but that’s ok! Owner was super responsive and the house was accommodating. Next time we are booing for a wedding I will have to think more about bathroom space. Being close to Walmart was super convent!

We found the home in clean condition and with comfortable furniture and beds. As mentioned in other reviews it sits on a busy highway and 2 of the bedrooms have street lights that shine in a bit. Location is convenient and overall it was a nice affordable stay

Convenient to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The house is located on the street and is a bit noisy, so if you are a light sleeper this place may not work for you. It was clean and the kitchen had the essentials for cooking.
