Housekeeping was non -existent. Don’t know if they forgot to put us on the list but after 3 days with no help until we called each evening, and then incomplete service, management is uninformed or uncaring.

We t stayed here after our cruise and right before our flight home. So we arrived early and before check-in time, on a rainy day. The front staff was extremely helpful in accommodating my family of 4 and allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated! Room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and cozy! Definitely recommend!

The reception and ambience was beautiful. No complementary breakfast for the price charged. The bathrooms are very small. The shower stall is very cramped. Its a huge property but the bathroom is very tiny. Rooms are average size. Parking is not clear. Most of nearby slots are hold by valet parking. So the guest have to keep roaming around to find parking.

The whole hotel is amazing! Beautiful and elegant decorated and one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Super clean and comfortable too. Only thing is that you cannot walk to any of the main city attractions. But Uber worked fine. Just a few minutes ride to anything.

It was our 40 wedding anniversary and when I checked I told the manager in duty. No specials treatment at all! I stayed in NYC prior week at Westhouse Hotel in Midtown and they gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolate!! All about details.

The ac in the room wad terrible. It was 71 when we checked in and set it it 67, the lowest it would go, never reached that temperature. By the time we got up, showered and got out of the room before 11 it was 76!!!! We were sweltering. Told the desk in the morning, they didnt seem to care or offer anything for the issue. Will not revisit this location.

Very clean and friendly staff. The restaurant food was average, nothing spectacular. Wasn’t happy we had to pay for parking each day but overall we liked this hotel.
