Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
At Check Out Place used towels in the laundry room. Remove all garbage and place it in the trash bin outside. Turn off all appliances and lights. Close all windows and doors securely.
Check-out is 11 AM. Late check-out fees will apply if not pre-arranged. [$30/hour will apply].
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Really nice place, it's nicely decorated and apportioned. If you look out the back windows you'll very likely see several deer who like to spend their day in the back. If you go out there in the lower part of the back yard bring some DEET and make sure your dog (if you have one) is well protected because there are TONS of ticks in the lower part of the back yard. Not a complaint or anything just a statement is all. We had a good time here.
