10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic stay here. The home was adorable, clean, and tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting that made it easy to truly relax. You can tell a lot of care went into making the space welcoming. One small thing to note is that there were several air fresheners throughout the home, which may be a concern for guests with allergies or asthma. A bit more seating in the living room would also be a nice addition. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend it."
"This property is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It is about a half a mile walk to the Truckstop which is a cool bar that has food trucks. We received prompt and accurate communication from the host. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Fayetteville."
Ping-Pong & Huge Yard! Central- Fayetteville Pearl
6/10 Okay
"This house was initially ideal when picking a location due to the amount of people it could sleep. So grateful our whole party did not show, because this location would have been miserable. The only larger seating area was the dinning room table, but was uncomfortable due to the hard wood seats. The main living room area has a couch that only can accommodate 2 people comfortably. The house is in a quaint part of town and close to all amenities. Unfortunately, the bathrooms make it apparent the house is dated due to the holes in the attic bathroom, having trouble opening and closing the hallway bathroom with tiles coming up, and the rotten warped floors in the master bathroom next to the shower. The beds themselves were very hard and uncomfortable. The initial walkway into the front door is a lawsuit waiting to happen due to the unstable rock path. There is also limited parking, which would be inconvenient for a larger party. For the amount of money that was spent on the house, I would have assumed these issues would have been rectified prior to renting. Be sure to know if you are traveling and arrive early or need to stay a little late, there is no complementary early/late check in/ out and will not be considered. "
