The helpfullness of the staff was amazing inspite of the language barrier. However the platinum perks were not honored. There was claims of a room upgrade but no beverage was given as they charged even for a 8oz cup of water. No coffee or tea pot was available in the room and the available hot beverage at breakfast was just Luke warm. Room and property was cleaned and well maintained. Close to beach. The food was just average for me. No bath tub in room only shower, surprising to me for a 5 star hotel. Nice hotel but I wouldn't describe it as luxury. Available toiletries was average not what I have seen in 5 star hotels.
