This custom built home is wonderful for entertaining and privacy. Enjoy 12 secluded acres with wooded walking trails and a calm creek just 15 minutes from campus and Franklin St. With an open concept first floor there is plenty of room for relaxing, dining, and enjoying family and friends. First floor also includes an office area that can be used as a kids gaming set up or professional area for writing, zoom meetings, or productivity.
