Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1001)
"My
family
and I were thrilled with the hotel. Room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. When we got off the elevator we saw our room was the first door, and maybe we got lucky with considerate guests, but it was still a quiet night's sleep. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree

3.0 star property
5.2 out of 10, (1003)
"Very convenient location but very pooly maintained. Bright lights shone in the 2nd floor room but no blackout shades to pull. The hotel smelled horrible. The one elevator was very slow and had significant damage. The staff was good and the room in need of repair but was clean. The police were called to break up a "disturbance" in the lobby. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed one. Will never stay at that location again and am questioning whether I will trust LaQuinta in the future. Very...

"We selected this property to be near the horse complex. Really appreciated how close it was as well as the access we had to restaurants, shops, etc. The beds were super comfortable, which is always a plus. This is a great property for people to each have their own sink and toilet. Amenities were well stocked. The host communication was excellent. "
