"Ma Parenthèse Ô Savoyarde", our charming villa offers you a real haven of peace just 15 minutes from Lake Annecy and 20 minutes from Aix les Bains and 45 minutes from Geneva.

Chapeiry, a small authentic village nestled between forests and hills, next to Annecy, is the ideal place to live serenely, local market every Wednesday afternoon (Seasonal vegetables, cheeses, honey, charcuterie), hiking trails starting from the house.

Its exceptional asset: a private indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C, perfectly safe for children, accessible all year round, equipped with counter-current swimming and large bay windows that open completely in summer to transform the pool into an outdoor pool.

Swim under the snow or the stars, summer and winter.

The house, officially classified 4*, is developed on two levels:

The ground floor:
Swimming pool, large living room, high-end kitchen perfectly equipped (oven, induction, dishwasher, Nespresso, fridge...), large table for 6, cosy living room, and guest toilet.
