Located in Chantemerle-lès-Grignan, a charming typical village of the Provençal Drôme, the property "L'Amandière" is a Provençal farmhouse of 350 m² surrounded by 4 hectares of nature with an unobstructed view of the countryside and the Ardèche mountains.



An ideal setting for a family or friends holiday, just 5 km from Grignan.



The main house consists of:



On the ground floor:

•A bright double living room with piano and stone fireplace, for warm moments

•A fitted kitchen open to the dining room with direct access to the terrace (filter coffee machine + SENSEO)

•A master suite (1x180cm) with shower room, private toilet and private terrace



Upstairs:

•3 comfortable bedrooms (1x140cm bed / 1x180cm bed / 2x80cm beds)

•1 bathroom with toilet



The independent apartment (separate access) includes:

•1 bedroom (1 double bed + 2 single beds)

•1 bathroom with toilet

•1 living room with kitchen area and relaxation space

Super villa

Villa propre et spatieuse. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La pisicine était propre et bien entretenue. Il y avait assez de vaisselles pour le nombre que nous étions. La propriétaire met à disposition le nécessaire pour cuisiner (aromates, huiles, filtre à café) mais aussi pour le ménage (pastille de lave vaisselle, torchon, éponge, liquide vaisselle). Le linge de maison est également fourni (serviette pour la piscine, serviette de bain et draps). Un pense bête est à disposition (ce qui vous permettra de ne pas arriver par des chemins de forêts).

Super maison

Nous avons passé un excellent moment fin mai. C est endroit est idéal pour la détente car vraiment isolé au calme. Nous avons pu nous ressourcer en famille et déconnecter complètement. Un petit peu chaud dans les chambres du haut la nuit et piscine un peu fraîche en mai car non chauffée mais sinon nous avons été plus que ravis ! Quelques poêles/ wok antiadhésifs à renouveller si possible.

Trés belle propriété dans un environnement magnifique.

Le jardin bien entretenu. La maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût. la piscine indispensable quand il fait chaud. Il manque quelques éléments de cuisine pour 10 personnes. Le studio est humide.
