Nice spa area, included in the price, and a very pleasant bar area. The only reason that I didn’t award it 5 stars is because when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, even though it was later than the book in time ……. Probably just unlucky."

"The family room had 2 double beds and one of them was a sofa bed with a not very good mattress. My husband shared this with our eldest son and had a terrible nights sleep. The other bed which I shared with my other younger son was really comfortable. An option for single beds for the kids would have been preferred. Apart from this the room was good value for money, the staff were really helpful and we had a lovely stay."
