Great location in the heart of the old town, we were very happy with the large room with mezzanine bedroom and private terrace as well as a smart tv (not that we watched much) was great to connect to for music/news etc in the evenings. Service at the breakfast was always very good as was the food. For the money everything was spot on and would highly recommend this hotel!

3-night stay in Chania Old Town

A beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for exploring Chania and close to the harbour. We stayed in a standard room (no 1) which was very clean and comfortable but not spacious. The a la carte breakfast was fantastic - the best hotel breakfast ever!

A lovely stay

A lovely hotel right in the centre of Chania’s old town. We had a really nice stay and fantastic breakfasts throughout the trip. Note that I have a lot of allergies and they were catered for. So thank you very much. The only thing was that our room had one window which looked out onto the courtyard. Meaning if you had the blind open you didn’t get any privacy. I’d suggest a netted curtain here so that you can have both privacy and daylight. Otherwise a lovely trip with very accommodating staff.

Serenissima is situated in the heart of the old town. There is no car traffic in the area, so the hotel staff has to meet your taxi at a prearranged spot and lead you to the hotel. The hotel is an old Venetian/Ottoman house that has been nicely converted. The room we had was large, clean and nice. The staff is always helpful and the breakfast is good. The one criticism is that there is no handrail along the top flight of steps going to the top floor. I'd strongly recommend asking the hotel staff to help you with your luggage.

We stayed at several hotels during our honeymoon in Greece and this was by far our favorite! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the area as well and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely small hotel right in the middle of the old city of Chania. We loved everything about our rooms and the property. Breakfasts are delicious and made to order and the staff are incredibly friendly and warm. Definitely would stay here again.

I just had one night in this hotel but it was really nice. Location is great, just one row back from the busy port. Room was lovely and very well equipped. Excellent value for money too.

Wonderful small hotel with 7 rooms. It is a few steps from the old town and beach but quiet and secluded. Our room (#5) was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious and innovative. Staff was very helpful.
