Dear Luigi, We are really sorry and surprised to see this review by you. During your stay at our hotel, you seemed to be really happy and enjoying your holidays and nothing was mentioned to our reception team. The only unpleasant case we can recall is when you brought the bottle of the wine that the hotel had offered you as a welcome gift upon arrival in your room, at the a-la-carte restaurant of the hotel in order to enjoy during your dinner. As explained to you that night, you wouldn't be able to open that bottle at the restaurant because of the taxation law in Greece (and we assume in other countries as well), as you can't have on the restaurant table something that is not in the receipt / bought from the restaurant. We always try to provide all our guests with the best service and have a fantastic experience. We truly hope to have the chance to host you again in the near future and have a memorable stay in our hotel.

And to our breakfast we added so many new flavors, we even have a Cretan Corner so our guests can enjoy now the delicious tastes of our island. We are now actively implementing ISO Quality & Environmental Management System as we are striving to provide the best service for our guests.
