staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. complimentary breakfast was delicious, and though my ferry was delayed, they stayed up to let me into my room past check in time. adorable suite, ideal location. some mould in the shower, but overall i would absolutely stay here again!

Chambre décevante.

La chambre comportait un spa qui prenait 1 tier de la pièce. Pièce qui était déjà très petite. Le coin douche/WC/Lavabo était minuscule. Impossible de prendre sa douche sans inonder cet espace. Le mini lavabo fuyait l'eau d'évacuation. Aucun espace pour déposer ses valises...

Ich hatte 4 Etagen inklusive zwei Doppelbetten allein. Gelegen ist das Apartment bzw. das Hotel in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Chania. Die Inneneinrichtung ist ebenso urig wie die Altstadt selbst. Ich habe mich wie in einer anderen Welt gefühlt. Man merkt allerdings, dass das Apartment sehr alt ist, z. T. riecht es moderig und der Duschvorhand wirkte abgenutzt, das Waschbecken kalkig. Dennoch hatte ich eine wunderbare Zeit hier!

Πολύ ομορφη διαμονή!!

Η διαμονή μας στα Χανιά ήταν πολύ όμορφη. Ο κύριος Μιχάλης μας έκανε από μόνος του αναβάθμιση δωματίου κ μείναμε σ ένα υπέροχο studio με υδρομασάζ. Οι κανόνες υγιεινής τηρούνται, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό κ η τοποθεσία άψογη,στα στενά σοκάκια. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα

Fantastisk beliggenhet - OK, men sjarmerende rom

Dersom du er på oppdagelsestur og ikke har tenkt å oppholde deg mye på hotellrommet, er dette et ypperlig valg. Hotellet er lokalisert i en av de roligere, men mest sjarmerende gatene i gamlebyen i Chania. Det er gåavstand til shopping og gode restauranter, buss- og taxiholdeplass. Du bor midt i smørøyet og bare en 10-minutters busstur unna nydelige strender. Hotellet er med andre ord et perfekt utgangspunkt om man vil farte litt rundt og oppleve det Chania-området har å by på. Selve hotellet er av eldre standard og ikke noe for de luksus-trengende. Rommene er store, selv om det ikke var opplyst fikk vi en leilighet med stue/kjøkken/soverom og bad. Interiøret gav inntrykk av å være fra begynnelsen av 1900-tallet og det meste er skjevt eller henger på halv åtte, men rommet og atmosfæren hadde en utrolig sjarm. Og det hjalp at alt var rent, det ble vasket og byttet ut håndkler hver dag. Og bygget hadde en sjarmerende takterasse du må klatre opp 3 etasjer med smale trapper for å nå + enten balkong eller sittegruppe utenfor om du bor på bakkeplan. Vi benyttet heller tiden utenfor, enn inni rommet. Det kan være greit å vite at "hotellet" består av 3 ulike bygninger som er plassert i 3 ulike gater, men nært hverandre. Så om du finner frem til et bygg med skiltet "Ifigenia", ikke bli overrasket om du blir henvist videre.

First of all it is located in the old town which makes it very romantic place to take a stroll in the small alleys of the town. Breakfast was decent and not inclusive. The room that I got was a small mansion if you want to describe it properly. Overall it is a very convenient place to stay and for it’s price it turns out a good option for singles and couples in my opinion.

Would Not Return

Indifferent check-in. Supposed to have old town view—actually on street level with painted over windows. Broken tub safety bar, unuseable tv, many mosquitos, room in shabby and not clean condition. Manager on duty after first day did his best, but rest of staff not very helpful. Noise level very high most of the night. Inebriated motorcyclist pounded on our door in the middle of one night. Tiny bathroom.

Un très mauvais plan. Plus jamais!

Terrible experience. Climatisation non fonctionnelle, pas de ventilateur. C'était tres chaud! Aucune insonorisation. Nous avons l'impression d'être dans la chambre des voisins. Chambres donnent sur une ruelle très très bruyante ou des familles grecques font la fete jusqu'à 2h du matin. Forte odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Bref, plus jamais!

Nice in the photos terrible in reality!

I regret for not reading the reviews before i booked! The place looks great in photos BUT in fact is not what it seems! Especially my room, in IFIGENIA 3 on the second floor , i believe room No. 14! It was a very smallroom with no sea view OFFCOURSE, bed very uncomfortable, sheets clean, naked cables on the walls, bathroom very small not very clean, no running water for 2 consecutive nights, and i had to interrupt my shower! In general it needs very serious restoration!My Only positive comment is the nice breakfast and the kindness of the two ladies , Manousaki and Fiora! During check out , i asked the owner if i can make a complaint and he said NO! He said he was already informed by the staff! I insisted that I wanted to tell my complaints directly to the owner! I expressed to him my complaints and his answer was “What did you expect , you chose the cheapest room!!! I have no further comments!!! I strongly DO NOT recommend this place!

Stadt nahes Zimmer

Wir würden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer lag im Dachgeschoss. Die Treppe glich einer Hühnerleiter. Der Boden des Zimmers war abschüssig, somit auch das Bett!!! Der Kühlschrank war vereist. Holzboden in desolatem Zustand. Elektrische Leitungen lagen offen!!! Jedoch sehr große Dachterasse. Sehr laute Nachbarschaft Insgesamt für kurze Übernachtungen ok aber nicht für einen Urlaub

Nice hotel in the centre of Chania Old Town.

Located in the. centre of Chania Old Town close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful streets. Truly a hidden gem worth exploring. Very beautiful.

Molto meno delle aspettavive

Le foto presenti sul sito non sono rappresentative della realtà delle camere. Non ci sono foto con le camere standard ma solo luxury. Si, noi abbiamo prenotato una stanza standard e non luxury, ma la qualità delle standard è veramente bassa. Siamo stati due notti in due stanze diverse al costo di 54 e 50 euro. La prima era una sorta di mini-appartamento, con la vasca in cucina (non utilizzata), la stanza sembrava dell'anteguerra.. dava l'impressione di essere sporca oltre che vecchia. Sia in camera da letto che in bagno abbiamo trovato delle blatte! Uno schifo. La seconda camera, anche se molto piu stretta era piu pulita ma la finestra non si chiudeva. L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione. Si trova a due passi dal porto vecchio che è bellissimo.

Ifigenia suite super til prisen. Hotel ligger tæt på gamle havn og midt i smalle gågader. Gåafstand til badestrand. God udendørs morgenmadsservering med frugt, brød, bacon, pølse, youghurt, kaffe, kage m.m. - rigeligt :). Chania en fantastisk hyggelig by. Hvis man vil se tv finder man næppe programmer af interesse
