I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together.

We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.

Best location right next to great beach, very nice newly renovated room (No 21), Nice pool, sunbeds always available, and very friendly and service-minded staff at this great family hotel, we look forward to returning to already!

Our stay at Eden Beach on Crete Island was nothing short of magical. This place truly lives up to its description as a real paradise! We loved having direct access to the beautiful beach right from the property. The garden is meticulously maintained and absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene escape. Plus, its location is perfect, with plenty of excellent restaurants within easy reach. The owner made us feel so at home, incredibly welcoming and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

A great place to stay for families where you have a pool and also the ocean right there. The bar and grill is always ready to provide a snack or a meal. If you like to party, there are several resorts down the beach like Cabana Mare. Eden is very quiet and the staff will do whatever it takes to make your stay just what you want it to be

Very friendly!

The location was great, staff is super friendly, rooms are very clean and more updated than the photos show. The breakfast for €15 for 2 people is more than enough food for 2 people and it's delicious. Very easy check in and check out process. The price is also very good for the size rooms you get!

Definitely book the superior one bed apartment with sea view. Beach on your doorstep, sun beds free if you buy something from the bar but if they know you’re staying there they don’t hassle you at all. Lovely staff from reception to bar staff to cleaners.

The hotel and its staff are professionals! The room is cleaned daily, the beach is clean, the service on the beach is fast and cultural. Tasty coffee. The hotel is beautiful, the territory is well grmaintained, the pool is large, the rooms have a safe, hairdryer, crockery and cutlery. Quiet place for those who are looking for relaxation. Amazing stay as usual! This is our second time in two years and we will definitely be back. The hotel has everything you need: cleaning every day with towel changes every two days. It has its own pool and own beach, with beach loungers and umbrellas. It’s literally beach front — the only walk you do is from your apartment to the beach, passing through the pool area. Moreover, they recently opened a bar that caters drinks and snacks, including meals and breakfast options, for your stay during the day at the room, pool area or beach. Not to mention they have plenty of parking and the area has loads of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. You don’t even need a car to be honest if you’re planning on staying there and not go around Chania or other areas nearby! Lastly, we went in early September and the sea was amazing. Almost no waves at all and the water was not cold at all — very pleasant! We had loads of fun, the staff is very kind and accommodating… truly a beautiful place that made an amazing stay.

We have fallen in love with Crete & thank Eden Hotel & all the wonderful staff for making our holiday amazing! Do not think twice, just chose Eden Hotel & you with have the best time. The apartments have everything you need to self cater, they are spacious with comfy beds and air conditioned so you have a great sleep. They are very near to the supermarkets plus they are near many great restaurants on or near the beach. We had the best meals at such reasonable prices. The pool is big & very clean and we never had a problem finding sunbeds. The hotel is right on the beach. Sunbeds at Sebastian’s are free if you buy a drink throughout the day which is great & the staff there are also great with 2 happy hours a day! The gardens are well looked after and we even had the delight of tasting the peaches and pears straight from the trees. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Anything you need or queries you have the team are there to help and make your holiday perfect. A special thank you to the cleaning team who do a great job at keeping the entire place spotlessly clean with daily cleaning of the apartments & fresh towels daily. Also a special thank you to George, from the reception team who helped us create the best trips in Crete from how to visit Chania, the water park, Balos beach, exploring Crete by Quad biking & recommending the best restaurants. Nothing was too much & the team even ensured our late check out was smooth. We miss Eden Hotel & can’t wait to return
