Hotel location was great, if you have children, it's very close one of the best beaches for kids. Hotell stuff, they were always helpfull and smiling. We really enjoyed breakfasts.

When I was making the booking I saw free parking info and I liked this mark cause we were going to rent a car during our holiday. The hotel has only 3 spots for parking other than that the free parking is street parking. And if you are lucky enough to find a place on the streets. Not all the time, sometimes. Just keep that in mind. The staff was very helpful and kind. They were always attentive to our questions. Thank you for that.

Dejligt familie hotel

Et dejligt lille hotel. Det ligger perfekt med kort til flere af Kretas bedste strande f.eks. Kalamaki stranden, Golden Beach med flere. Samtidig køre bybussen linie 21 tre gange i timen til og fra Chania - Genial placering. Der er massere af gode tervernaer i gåafstand. Selve hotellet har alt til en god ferie og står altid klar med en hjælpende hånd. Man bliver mødt af sødt imødekommende personale, lige fra kok, receptionist til rengøringen. Her får man en god ferie ♥️

Henkilökunta oli aivan ihanaa. Kaupat, ravintolat ja rannat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Allasalue sopivan pienehkö perheellisille ja perheellisiä paljon siellä majoittuikin. Huoneissa tehokas ja äänekäs ilmastointi. Huoneet siistejä vaikka kaipaakin kipeästi pintaremonttia. Pienen keittiön varustelu ihan hyvä, vaikka mikroa vailla. Jääkaappi tilava ja pakastinkin löytyy! Tiskiharja ja puhdistusaine täytyy itse hankkia tiskaushommiin. Ei ötököitä huoneessa ja siivoja käy 6x viikossa, mikä oli hyvä. Lapset eivät tykänneet nukkua levitetyillä sohvilla, mutta meillä aikuisilla oli kyllä hyvä parisänky. Tilavat terassit nauttia ulkoilmasta ja kuunnella kaskaiden ääntä.

Start of the visit, little bit confusion, afterwards, everything was excellent. Strongly recommend. Two things to be aware of, there is no parking, it's on street, be careful about semi-basement. The rooms in ground floor are dark and no sunshine.

Undgå semi-basement appartement

Undgå semi-basement appartement, da der er fugtproblemer. Vi boede på værelse 106 i 14 dage, hvor vi døjede med lugtgener. Efter at have klaget over problemet fik vi stillet en luftaffugter til rådighed. Luftaffugteren larmede så meget, at vores nattesøvn blev ødelagt ligesom lugtgenerne ikke blev fjernet. Hotellet ville ikke give os et andet værelse, selvom der var bekymring for de helbredsmæssige konsekvenser, idet en del af rejseselskabet bestod af små børn og en gravid! Derudover dryppede der vand ned fra loftet i badeværelset. Rengøringsstandarden er ligeledes dårlig og madrasserne meget hårde.

Nice hotel close to 4 beaches

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay here as the hotel and its pool was nice. The room is spacious and we had a nice balcony. Only negative that the mattresses were uncomfortable and there is no double bed just 2 single beds put together which are moving apart easily. The hotel may have to invest in this as it can ruin your experience if you dont sleep well.

Хороший отель, очень чистый, с хорошим бассейном. Номер достаточно просторный, с большим и светлым балконом, хорошим кухонным уголком. Душ тесноват и вода все время на полу. До пляжа минут 10 пешком, пляж очень хороший для детей - мелко, вода теплая, без волн! Но странно, что пляж почти не убирают, много мусора в песке. Хозяева отеля очень любезные! Помогали абсолютно во всем! Спасибо, Кристина!
