"Wonderful boutique hotel tucked into the old city of Bhaktapur! Unique design profile, with careful attention to detail in its environmental approach. We were given a traditional Newari welcome, and tour of the property, and found the staff very helpful with tips and suggestions about Bhaktapur and the surrounding area. The food in the restaurant was delicious! Highly recommend this lovely hotel!"

"The reception staff were not very helpful. The staff over the phone denied extra towel request. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly and helpful. The state of the facilities available were very old. The communication to the guests were terrible. This hotel doesn’t match three star standard. "

"Don't forget there is a 1800 rupees fee to enter the square and you need your passport but you can get a pass the last as long as your visa. If staying over 5 days you need a passport size photo for you pass card. The hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is great, the views from the roof are great if the weather is clear Sit on the roof with your early morning coffee and watch the square come to life, when the locals use it for worship. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel staff if you need anything from them just ask, clean towels, extra toiletries or a taxi."
