The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan. Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness. Sincerely, Robbie

Although the location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest MRT stop, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern - all you need when you’re away from home! I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

A very nice hotel with a very convenient location. It provides excellent breakfast.

Excellent stay at the Madison. Hotel is immaculately and impeccably designed. Staff was so warm and accommodating, especially Ian Chen who helped us check in. Would book at Madison Taipei again, without a doubt.
