"I booked a family room for 1 nights. It was very spacious with two bedrooms, a very relaxing living room and bathrooms. The location is also suburb as the ski resort is next to the hotel. There is also a shopping streets with restaurants and souvenirs shop just right outside the 1/F entrance. Also it got free shuttle bus to Chabaishan airport as well."

"Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...
