"Kate, Elena, Miriam and the night manager were fantastic! The room was clean. Washroom was small but clean. The breakfast was great! Will definitely be staying with there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Spectacular lobby--incredibly elegant and beautiful. Rooms were on the small side (typical of Europe), but otherwise very nice; great (and deep) bathtubs and good king-sized beds. The attached restaurant was excellent, too. Special praise to: Jeban and Alfred (waiters) and Fawzia (the hostess) at The Saok. Igerta and Paddy were especially nice and helpful at reception."

"Hotel was conveniently located near Big Ben and was easily aceesible to public and private transportation. Rooms were good size and clean. There was some confusion regarding upgrade for EcoClean to a free meal voucher, signs were posted in room, but the property no longer does this. Signs should be upated, very minor issue. I would recommend this property and plan on staying here in the future! "
