"This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Very small single room but well equipped and suitable for one night. I was disappointed not to have a kettle in the room and was unable one to even hire one, I was offered boiling water but only when the restaurant was open The hotel was near the lake and on a quiet area away from the city. Getting to the city was an easy and pleasant walk away. I enjoyed spending time in the garden at breakfast time."
