The Gîte Les Lilas in Champoly is a 90 m² detached holiday home, ideal for 4 people, nestled in an enchanting natural setting at the foot of the Urfé woods. Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright and welcoming living room, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing in front of the television. Upstairs, two flexible bedrooms with 90 cm single beds can be converted into doubles as needed, along with a mezzanine lounge area with a sofa bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as two separate toilets, ensure comfort and privacy. Linens and towels are provided, and all utilities are included for a worry-free stay. The house has electric heating and internet access, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a dryer. This holiday home offers a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, providing the perfect balance between rest and activity.
