"Room was not wiped down properly, there were blood stains on the wall, shower was really confusing to use (handicap), charging pits/plugs didn't work. Mini fridge was on the lowest setting and wasn't able to be changed. I lost $70+ in food because of that. Several times there were no towels in the pool and exercise room. You have to pay for breakfast separately and it's very bland and very limited. "

"This hotel looks plain on the outside but it is a gem inside. My room was so cute and comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I ended up being sick while here (a cold) and no matter when I was in my room (mostly for naps), it was quiet and easy to have a lie down for a bit before my next adventure. There are tons of restaurants around as well so finding something to eat was no trouble, if you don’t want any you eat at the hotel every time! I found the staff so helpful and friendly. They were always willing to go the extra mile to help. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The area around the hotel seems sketchy but the whole downtown is the same and the location was honestly great. I went all over the city with transit in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend staying here!"

"Pool was freezing!!! Pool tasted like a salt block and hot tub was the temperature of what you expected the pool to be. No pool towels. Room was ok. The internet didn’t work and the channel available we’re low. Would not recommend."

"I would not stay here again. We stayed three nights, we asked for housekeeping, and no one helped us. They offered cookies at the lobby. We never found cookies. They gave us a bad room. It was across the street on the second floor and next to the stairs. We heard all people's steps during night. The only good thing was the free tickets for the Japanese gardens."
