"The owners were friendly & available. The street is quiet, convenient to Champlain, & the patio with partial view of the lake would have been lovely if the weather had been better.The listing says kitchen & dining area, which is not accurate, especially given the “no eating in the room” rule. The owner-provided soft cooler & ice packs were appreciated, but not really adequate to keep drinks & car snacks consistently cold. Although there is a tub, the owner said it was unusable. The bedroom door can only be locked from the inside, which the listing does say, but some guests may appreciate being able to lock the room when they leave."

"Room was clean as was the lobby, halls and pool area. The bed and pillows were less than comfy but overall we had a fabulous time. Breakfast buffet was good. Would stay again, just bring our own pillows for sure!"

"This is THE perfect location to visit Burlington. It is central to virtually everything in the downtown area and to Lake Champlain, all within walking-distance. The house is very comfortable and cozy, with a nicely equipped kitchen, space to breathe, fluffy mattresses... all one needs to spend a restful home-away-from-home. We really enjoyed our time there, visiting our children, and greatly appreciated the host's communication with us along with the attention to detail for a wonderful visit."
