"We were informed upon check in that the pools would be closed for our entire stay. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the photos of the lovely indoor and outdoor pools. There was NO note of this when booking. My daughter was extremely disappointed. I heard a lady in front of me with four kids who were there for the pool for a refund and the girl at the front desk was rude and said there were no refunds. She asked to speak to a manager and was told just as rudely there wasn't one on duty. When we were waking to our room there was a trail of poop on the tile. It was still there when we checked out the next day. Their solution instead of cleaning it was to put one of those yellow caution signs when a floor is wet at the end of the hall instead of cleaning it. Disgusting. The room was musty and outdated. Everything could use a deep clean. Would note recommended this place at all."
