Swiss Mountain 26 has zero steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet

access, and is pet friendly. This deluxe-rated unit sleeps eight. In the main

living area, you'll find a living room featuring a flat-screen TV (please note

the wood-burning stove is not available for guest use).



The fully functional kitchen includes a dining table that seats six. Upstairs,

the master bedroom and second bedroom each feature a queen bed and share a

full bath. The third bedroom, located on the lowest level, offers a king bed,

a queen sleeper sofa, and an additional full bath. Please note that there is

no air conditioning available.



This unit is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes and main

resort and is within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course. The small

viewing deck provides a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort's

beautiful wooded landscape, and gas grill use is available for guest use.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, with plenty of overflow parking

available on-site within the community.



All homes include a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included),

iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, and a fully functional

kitchen with provided dishwasher detergent, bed/bath linens (shampoo not

included), paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer

months, guests have access to the community pool, and all condominium guests

can utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required). All rates are subject to state, county, and local taxes.



Swiss Mountain is located within a short driving distance from the main

entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and to Highlands Golf Course. The

homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to 3-bedrooms where you are sure to

find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands

has to offer.



All Swiss Mountain condo rentals offer a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not

included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included),

and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and

paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. Swiss Mountain typically, does not

offer whole-house air conditioning but does usually offer master bedroom

cooling systems. _**No indoor fireplace usage is available at Swiss

Mountain.**_ Swiss Mountain units are NOT ski in/out.



In the summer months, you may enjoy access to a community outdoor pool. All

condo rental guests are also welcome to utilize the resort's main

indoor/outdoor pools. This community offers a complimentary shuttle service

year-round to the main resort.
