Welcome to the Mouilles neighborhood in Chamonix.

Known for its peaceful atmosphere while still being close to downtown (a 10- to 15-minute walk), you’ll enjoy staying here with family or friends.

This 60-square-meter apartment was recently completed and offers all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay as if you were at home.

This new 60-square-meter apartment is laid out as follows:
- A small entryway with storage
An open-concept living area featuring:
- A fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, etc.)
- a dining area for 5 people
- a living area with a sofa and a 120cm TV
- a bathroom with a sink and shower
- access to a small outdoor terrace

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, storage, and a desk area
- 1 second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and storage
- 1 bathroom with a sink and shower
- 1 separate toilet

For your convenience, a private, locked garage is available for you to use, particularly for storing your sports equipment.

Please note: The apartment does not currently have a stable internet connection. An antenna is being installed. In the meantime, small 4G routers are available, but we cannot guarantee the speed or stability of the connection within the apartment.

A very quiet residential neighborhood with the feel of an authentic small Alpine village. Centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Chamonix. Hiking trails start just a few steps away, such as the Plan de l’Aiguille trail or the trail leading to Montenvers.
It’s best to use public transportation to reach the Brevent ski areas or those in the rest of the valley; the former are a 5-minute drive away. Les Planards, for beginners, is the only one accessible on foot. You’ll also find summer toboggan runs there.
The downtown supermarket is 900 meters away, and you’ll also find all the amenities you need nearby (bakeries, cafés, etc.).

If you’re traveling by car, you’ll have access to a locked garage that can accommodate one car, as well as a parking space in front of your entrance.
For public transportation, you’ll be a 10-minute walk from the train station, where you can catch the Mont-Blanc Express to explore the rest of the valley.
You can also take the Montenvers train (Mer de Glace).
The nearest bus stop is for Line 2, located at the Médiathèque.
The apartment is ideally located for easy access to Les Houches and Argentières (10 minutes by car) and is about 30 minutes from Megève and Saint-Gervais.
