Fine hotel, good location
A centrally located hotel, close to everything that's going on in Phnom Penh. My room was clean and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast is cooked to order daily. No issues whatsoever with the wifi. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.

Fairly average hotel. Breakfast is about a 5 on 0-10 scale. Rooms are spacious. Bed is good. Bathroom average. $3 tuk tuk ride to most everything. Price is ok.

Good hotel
Nice hotel friendly staff, large room, breakfast not fancy but enough. Good location. A bit of banging from constructions around but that's Cambodia at the moment.

Nice stay at Pandan.
We stayed at Pandan for five nights, a nice modern hotel with clean spacious rooms located in an area with many little bars, shops, and restaurants and quite close to the independence monument. A good filling breakfast was included, Good value, highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, quite and safe Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good and it's easy to move around the city spite of the traffic congestion in Phnom Penh.

Nice Hotel, quite, clean and comfortable rooms. It's well located, near many restaurants, Lucky Supermarket and it takes only 10 minutes by car to a big shopping Mall, the Royal Palace and the river side.

Most wonderful experience!
This was a great hotel! Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was so good. The location is great- half way between royal palace and genocide muesem. My flights were cancelled and delayed and they were so very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Pandan staff so much! Great experience. Hope to stay again.

Good hotel but not the city for us
A very pleasant hotel with a spacious, clean and comfortable room and super-helpful staff. We only stayed for two nights/one day so didn’t get to know Phnom Penh that well, but the hotel is in a better part of town, close to the central park and decent restaurants. Phnom Penh is a must for a visit to the Killing Fields and S21 but our view of the the city was tarnished by the amount of garbage (ever present plastics especially) in very many areas.

Very nice small hotel with friendly staff speaking decent english in a convenient location. Their is a good choice of breakfast. Its all good here. Nice size room and a modern shower.

Nice boutique hotel
This is good value for the price. PROS= close to restaurants and shops in BKK. Also, the staff are helpful. CONS=Noisy construction nearby. Also, I had conference call during my stay but found that the hotel cannot transfer calls to your room as their phone system is internal. They have 2 cell phones to receive external calls— so not great for work. Overall, I would recommend the hotel as it is clean and rooms are spacious!

As some others have mentioned, don’t expect the staff to help with local suggestions and/or directions. We tried a few times wth no success. Location is good- walking distance to many good restaurants, and down a quiet street off a large busy road.

A very nice stay. Everything worked, the staff was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. The area around the hotel is under a lot of construction, but it was quite this Khmer New Years week-,end.

Relaxing atmosphere throughout hotel and room
It’s a good experience staying at Pandan. It was essential for me to have a place to relax away from the city and this was an ideal location. Lucky supermarket, A-Z market, plenary of cafes and some restaurants are nearby within walking distance. There’s a nice pleasant, spacious area to relax in the lobby/restaurant/bar area. I think they also rent motorbikes. They are quite accommodating. Presently there is some construction in the area.

SATISFYING STAY AT PANDAN BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Excellent stay. Very courteous staff. Break fast most satisfying and with a number of items. Did not have dinner as the dinner timing is only up to 9:00 PM. Overall a very satisfying stay. The air conditioning in One of the rooms for our group was not working satisfactorily. They immediately gave us another room for the night and had the Air conditioning working by the following morning. Very prompt in arranging local transport like tuk tuk and taxis.

Value for money
Excellent value for money, big room with cable TV and strong wifi, comfy bed and really hot water. Good breakfast. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and tourist stuff. Would stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. We especially appreciated one the of the concierges who helped us to phone the airline after our flight was cancelled! The staff and kitchen were also very accommodating in adapting the menu to provide basic vegan breakfasts.

The hotel has many plants decorated beautifully at the entrance. This made it look like you have entered into a different world. The room is very big and spacious but the outside view for our room is not nice :( The shower area is good as the water flow is very good with a choice of shower rain if you like. Breakfast is nice with a variety of selections and their homemade jam is very special. There is a nice local noodle shop nearby.

Good
Hotel is basic but clean and nice. Breakfast is very good but they need syrup for French toast. Nice location, however there is construction all around so it is very loud. Also guests above me were loud and kept dropping things on floor. This is a nice hotel but oustside construction will be going on for months.

Super Charming Hotel!
Clean, comfortable, privacy assured. Breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly. Most spoke English in various degrees Construction in the neighbourhood on the way.

A great little place
For context, my wife and I were traveling with our five year old. Pandan provided a nice quiet, clean and super friendly place to stay. The breakfasts were amazing. Just a 1 minute walk from anything traveling with a young family needs.

Nice stay at the Pandan Boutique
I stayed at the Pandan for one week at the beginning of December and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed - perfect for a good nights sleep, the wifi connection was fast, scalding hot water for a shave, a decent choice of food at breakfast time, and friendly staff.

An oasis in the city.
Only overnight as we left to go home. Good for a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you like music, then check out the Zeppelin Bar round the corner from the hotel. The music is great and the clue is in the name of the bar !!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. Large room with balcony and awesome shower in the bathroom. Room and bathroom were clean and well furnished. Handy little grocery shop 2 minutes walk away open until 9pm. Turn left out of the hotel to the junction and turn left and it's 50 metres along on the right. No teabags provided in the room so bought a carton of teabags and fresh milk. Tiny coffee cups in the room but I bring my large mug with me so not a problem. Lots of restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood and a large supermarket a short walk back up along the main road.

Very good mid range option in Phnom Penh
Stayed twice over past month, 6 days on second occasion. Hotel well situated in central area, very clean, nice rooms, very helpful staff, very hard to fault overall. Street is generally quiet for this area. Good breakfast, prices seem reasonable for location and hotel standard , would stay again.

We spent two nights here, and for the price we paid, this is a fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was one of the best we had during our month in SE Asia. It was served in the peaceful garden area, and was just really lovely. We loved the beautiful banana and coconut jam for the toast, and fantastic poached eggs with creamed spinach. Our room was enormous and very clean, and the bed was a great size, if a little hard. The hotel was in an ideal location, in a quiet neighbourhood around a 20 minute walk to the quay area and Royal Palace. We would definitely stay again!

Location isn't the best, its not in main city but about 10mins walk to the main city area. Rooms are nice and clean. Everything else is pretty average. But good value for money. No complaints on our stay.

Best bathroom we had in SEA! (but also most expensive room we had - 40$) Staff went out of their way to book a bus ticket for us. Breakfast quality was above average and you can choose 2 items from a list of ~10 plus you get a fruit platter and white bread with (homemade?) jam. Comfortable bed.

Great home away from home!
This was my fourth stay in the last 12 months and I have no plans to stay anywhere else during future trips to PP. Why? The entire package here is complete. But most important is the staff, who all and I mean all, treat you like family. Yes rooms are great, immaculately clean, good air con, good wifi, good breakfast, great location, and so on. But staff makes it all come together.
