The property was very clean with a great layout which suited our gtoup of adults a young kids. The pool was a blessing with having kids with us. I would highly recommend this property. Pour un enfant de quasi 4 ans ce n'était pas adapté. Sinon les commodités sont propres et opérationnelles mais les finitions sur les murs de la cuisine et de la salle de bain laissent à désirer."

"Week end hivernal très reposant le long du canal et au milieu des champs inondés par la Meuse. Endroit très calme. Promenade en forêt et sur le chemin de halage avec une petite visite sur Verdun. La télé et le Wifi ne sont pas au meilleur de leurs formes mais nous n'étions pas là pour ça. Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous sommes repartis très reposés. Lieu à recommander pour se ressourcer. "un service client inexistant. J'ai fait une modification et j'ai du payer double ma modification en ayant prévenue plus d'1 semaine à l'avance. Malgré mes relances au service client de l'hotel par email, telephone et lors de mon séjour aucune réponse ne m'a été faite. Quelques jours après mon séjour je reçois un email automatique s'adressant à moi comme ci j'avais simplement annulé mon séjour. On est très loin du standard attendu. "

Great value hotel in Metz

"The hotel is in an old building, but my room was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The bathtub/shower combination had lots of hot water and strong water pressure . The hotel is practically across the street from the magnificent train station, and a twelve minute walk to downtown on a beautiful walk. There are two great restaurants a block or two away for either French or Italian food. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly and polite. One standout was Vincent, who checked me in when I arrived. He recommended restaurants and helped me with a dinner reservation. When I returned from dinner, he inquired if I enjoyed my meal. He obviously enjoys his work - he made me feel like a valued guest at the hotel!"
