Heidi’s place was very charming and exactly what we needed. It’s in a convenient location to downtown or shopping. I would recommend it and definitely stay again.

A very lovely place

We stayed here overnight but it’s definitely a place we would book again for an extended stay. It’s clean and cozy with all of the amenities in a quiet town, not far from shops, grocery stores or places to eat, and the host Heidi was responsive.

Two Night Stay for Four Adults

Our group of four adults was looking for a rental house in Chambersburg for just two nights, preferably near the Gearhouse Brewing Company. Heidi’s place was perfect! The place was exactly as described, very comfortable and within easy walking distance to the brewery. And the house was spotless! I would highly recommend staying there.

Welcoming even in the rain!

We were able to just spend one night, but found this lodging to be very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and everything we needed to feel well taken care of. And we could park right in front of the house which was wonderfully convenient.

Gray place for a night's stay

The house was cute, and made a perfect stop for our family on the way home from a long trip. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The Christmas tree was a nice additional touch. There were quite a few restaurants nearby to choose from, and Jim's Market is within walking distance and worth a stop while you're there. The only issue I had was that a piece or two of the silverware wasn't quite clean, there was a small amount of crusted food, similar to when you run it through a dishwasher and it misses something. Overall, I would definitely stop here again.

Will Stay Again!

We loved this house. It was super clean, cozy, and well decorated for the holidays. There were cute little touches like coffee for the next morning and hot chocolate/marshmallows. Within walking distance was a brewery, indoor farmer's market and coffee shop. Heidi was also great about giving us recommendations for restaurants. The only drawback is the messy yard next door- broken trampolines, bathtub, and other random stuff thrown into the yard. It takes away the curb appeal of this adorable house.

Very nice and cozy! Would definitely recommend to others. I will also recommend the little diner down on the corner… fantastic breakfasts if you like that home cooking kind of food and can’t beat the prices.

This home was in pristine condition upon our arrival. Every room was welcoming, and the house was extremely cozy. Each room was decorated nicely, and the attention to detail was appreciated, right down to night lights in each area for ease of transport when traversing in a darkened area. The extra appointments were welcomed, and we could not have expected a more complete environment for our stay. We loved the house and enjoyed our trip even more because the home was such a gem. The surrounding area was enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming 2-bedroom home near downtown Chambersburg. It was nice to be so close to the city. On our first night we walked over to Main street and enjoyed walking up and down that street, seeing what shops and restaurants were there, along with many beautiful churches. Our host told us about a Farmer's Market on Saturday which we also enjoyed visiting. The home was very clean and cozy. We didn't end up cooking, but they have a nice kitchen and dining room table. We enjoyed watching movies at night. The only drawback was squeaky beds, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay!
