"This is a super cool place to stay and only pennies more than the Hampton Inn which my friend recommended for a "one nighter." We woke up the next morning to hot coffee in the lobby. Adjacent shops were nice for a stroll while we waited to get picked up. My husband even got a haircut :) The best part were the flower boxes outside our window."

"The grounds are stunning! The hotel was clean and the breakfast good. It was in a quiet part of town. The only thing you need to be aware of is Eugene has a pretty big homeless population. We did not lock the back of the truck and someone got in took somethings out of the cooler and a few bags of our belongings. The truck was not damaged."

"The staff was very friendly and seemed like they truly wanted to be of assistance. I liked that the room was very clean, had multiple pillows on the bed, a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, shower's water pressure nice and strong, plenty of hot water. The FULL breakfast was superb. Coolest pancake maker ever! Nice variety of food and drink for all discerning taste buds. It's available mornings from 6:30-9:30. Would be nice if it were served for more than 3 hours."

"Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Very thoughtful and thought out property. Everything was clean and organized. Don provided everything needed for a comfortable stay would absolutely recommend to anybody any of his properties for a comfortable unique experience I will be staying there again next time I'm in Eugene"
