Room (in newer 2-story building) was on the small side but well appointed with queen bed, bureau, corner table, easy chair, mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was newly and attractively tiled, very nice shower & tub. Some cosmetic work needed, such as paint touch-up. Mini-split system provided comfortable heat (December stay). Coffee and packaged muffins, etc. in lobby in the morning. Very cute and cozy place!

The room was clean and our king size bed was comfortable for our one night stay on our road trip.We had issues with our rental car and the owner even tried to help us by loaning us some personal tools to remove a loose part.

Check in was smooth and the front desk staff was helpful. The room is clean with everything a family needs for a short stay. We stayed for a night on the way on our road trip. This is a local motel, and you get exactly that experience. However, the location is amazing. It's right on the water, and they have a lovely sitting area with tables and chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the river and sunset. The room is basic but is exactly as described. The front desk is friendly, the hotel has a private parking area, and the area felt safe.
