Area is surrounded by lots of shops that is easily walkable and right by the beach. The thing that was disappointing about was the pictures provided were absolutely not how it looked like in real life. Our stay was just okay and I probably would not return. Cleanliness: The lobby itself is well maintained but the actual room was not what we were expecting. The caulking was moldy, holes on the walls, walls were not clean. My biggest thing is washrooms and it was not the best. I did not enjoy taking a shower there and wanted to leave right away from how moldy the caulking looked like. The bed was fine and sheets were clean. Friendliness: We were greeted by a man who opened the door for us and helped us bring up our bags when we checked in (just be aware that he will wait until you give him cash before he leaves even tho he insisted on bringing our bags up). The 2 ladies at the front didn’t acknowledge us or ask us if we’re checking in - they stayed looking down until we said something. They were not very friendly and just straight to the point. Please note that there were fees that were included in the room that we were NOT aware of. The lady that checked us in just gave us the keys to our room and made us sign papers without clarifying things with us. Once we checked out, they advised us that the water in the fridge needed to be paid - we were not aware of that and thought it was complimentary. Overall, it was ok just not up to my standards

The location is close to the beach which is good. The hotel was nice other than the wi fi which was unreliable.
