The staff at Little Riverside were so beautiful, kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the river was great. Use of the bikes was super. The breakfast was sooooo yummy. Nothing was too much trouble.

Five Stars Are Not Enough La Siesta was exceptional in every way, but what truly distinguished this hotel was the extraordinary care I received when I became ill. I mentioned a medical issue while checking in, expecting perhaps a recommendation for a local clinic. Within minutes, Ms. Sang arranged for the hotel doctor to examine me in my room. He determined that I needed hospital care. Manager Tien then seamlessly coordinated everything—contacting the international hospital in advance, providing my registration information, and arranging round-trip transportation. When follow-up treatment required daily trips to a hospital in Da Nang, she arranged a dedicated driver each day. Their care went beyond logistics. When I returned from the hospital still feeling unwell, Ms. Tien thoughtfully sent hot soup and ginger tea to my room without being asked. She and Ms. Sang continued checking on me through WhatsApp throughout my stay. I truly felt cared for like a family member. The resort itself is beautiful and lush, and breakfast at The Temple was outstanding, with a changing buffet featuring Hoi An specialties and helpful explanations of the local dishes. My daughter and son-in-law, who occupied our second room, also received excellent service. I feel incredibly fortunate that I chose La Siesta. The beauty of the property, wonderful food and exceptional service would easily earn five stars—but the compassion and genuine hospitality of this team made my stay unforgettable. Five s

Nice quiet area. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast covered all types food.
