"Good - staff were nice, early check in requested and granted, safe, bed comfortable, nice view of mountains at resort, can tell that place was probably a destination worthy to stop and stay back in the day.Not so good - resort roads are rough, rooms are not updated, outside needs improved groundskeeping for aesthetics. forget taking bath as bathtub is from Abraham Lincoln days, bottom of tub is a slip and fall waiting to happen as the area you stand on moves up and down and not secured, and...

Road has major potholes, poor lighting and landscaping was lacking. The room was clean ac worked great. Shower water pressure was amazing, tub drain was extremely slow. "The room's need to be updated (renovated). Tv in the room only had 4 channels. Beds are ok but the rest need serious update "

"No one to answer front desk phone. Indoor pool was filthy. You could see oil grime and hair that was there the whole time."

"This is an old resort they are trying to update. The elevator was not working, restaurant was not open, all doors into the resort are always unlocked in fact they did not close, so anyone could walk in a side or back door at anytime. There are only 12 channels on the TV and my microwave did not work. The room was clean and the people working there are nice."
