This brilliant building in Chaguanas offers a cozy retreat for guests with 3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. Whether you're in Trinidad for business or pleasure, this three bedroom flat ideally located in central Trinidad is the place to stay.
The neighborhood and surrounding areas are the perfect balance of blissful quiet and buzzing activities.
It is located within close proximity to a recreational ground with walking/running track for fitness enthusiasts
There's also Brentwood mall which provides a variety of shopping and restaurants such as chuckecheeses, Hakka, Starbucks, Wendy's, Dominoes pizza, and many others. Pharmacy and grocery shopping and all the above listed restaurants are available at only a 3 to 5 minute drive from the house.
The house consist of an open floor plan where the living, dinning and kitchen areas flow into each other. The living, dining, kitchen and bedroom areas are all air conditioned. The kitchen contain modern appliances and utensils to meet all your cooking, dinning and food storage needs. The bedrooms are traditionally styled with adequate storage for clothing and other personal effects. Two of the three rooms contain queen beds and one a double bed. There is a front porch that can be used as the main entrance to the house and for relaxing on early mornings or late evenings. The house is completely fenced with garage space for one vehicle. The property is also equipped with 24 hour security monitoring, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check surroundings and ensure you and your guest have all personal items. Turn off all lights, AC units, taps, stove, coffee maker, kettle etc.
All items placed in bin out front for garbage collection must be placed in garbage bags. Ensure doors are locked, windows closed and curtains drawn. Lock the gate and leave keys in lockbox
