"This is a really large hotel. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The lobby has lots of great casual seating space to meet up with friends. The bar was really lively with a fun atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful all around. Located right across from KoP map and near restaurants of different price points. Highly recommend."

"Checking in was a bad experience it took them forever, I understand it was bad timing with the world cup but the front desk lady was mean and arguing with clients which is bad remember the Client is always right if you want good business. I called front desk to secure shuttle for the airport after they told me yes they have one going every 30 mins when I get to the lobby the guy told me that he is sorry the van is not running, I was able to make it to the airport but be respectful of people time and if you don't have the service don't advertise it or confirm it. Positive side: Breakfast was good, the room was clean. Anyway it was first stay there and hopefully my last."
