Independent gîte on the 1st floor (50 m²) located near the owners' house, in the Revermont region. Southern exposure. Entrance hall, kitchen area, living room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed, shower room. Most of the cottage: charges included and sheets provided. Gas heating. Terrace with pergola; table, chairs and garden furniture. Yard, lawn and swing set for children. Climbing on the rock of Cuiron, waterfall in the village. Garden inviting to idleness. Only one small animal accepted in agreement with the owners. Departure for hiking, cycling and mountain biking on site. NON SMOKING COTTAGE. Cleaning fee possible. Calm Nature Simplicity Resting Verdant on the beginnings of the Jura, near a provincial town and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva.
