This restored holiday home in Piazze with 6 bedrooms accommodates a group of 11 or families with children. It features a private swimming pool and air conditioning.

The place offers you many attractions. The thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni at 6 km, the picturesque village Cetona at 10 km and the Etruscan town of Chiusi at 15 km are worth a visit. Lake Trasimeno at 30 km is ideal for a swim. There is a tennis court and horse riding at 7 km and a supermarket and restaurant at 800 m.

The air conditioning gives a relaxing atmosphere inside. The living room is perfect to lounge with a warm fireplace. The balcony on the first floor gives magnificent views. The kids are provided with a cot and high chair for a small fee. The terrace and garden is relaxing with a barbecue.

Train station is at 15 km and motorway is at 16 km.

Prachtig oud huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, vriendelijke housekeeper. Op zaterdag werd het huis gepoetst en kregen we schoon linnengoed (we waren er 2 weken). De housekeeper kwam elke dag de planten water geven, tijd in overleg, echt fijn. Prachtig uitzicht, mooie sterrenhemel (neem een verrekijker of telescoop mee). Wel last gehad van muggen. De oprit vanaf de onverharde weg naar het huis was erg steil, en de onverharde weg is het makkelijkst te nemen van boven naar beneden. We waren erg vroeg bij aankomst 15.00 uur, nog niemand aanwezig, en het Italiaanse agentschap nam niet op. De ‘buurman’ zag ons, en heeft de housekeeper gebeld, toen belde het agentschap ons terug. Ze was er daarna binnen 10 minuten. De overkapping heeft ons een uur schaduw bezorgd tijdens het wachten. De housekeeper spreekt geen Engels, dus het is handig als je een woordje Italiaans spreekt, en anders is Google translate je beste vriend -). In het dorp is vanalles te krijgen in het winkeltje, en in Chiusi (20 minuten auto) zitten een paar grote supermarkten (bv Lidl). Met de trein ben je in iets meer dan 1,5 uur in Rome en Florence. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad.
