- New in the South of Perche, in a 17th century building, we offer our cottage in a modern chic country style. 1h30 from Paris come and relax and discover our beautiful region. At 10kms round you can ride horses, hike, bike, motorbike, play golf at Souancé au Perche, go to the pool, cinema to bowling, ride water ski. On booking paid training bike-enduro for children (motorcycle and equipment provided). Bikers are welcome. Motorcycle washing area, garage and tools available.
