"We had an amazing time. The hotel decor was like stepping into the kings palace. A step back in time. Very beautifully presented with modern facilities. Fresh food with all your delicatessen items, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, freshly squeezed juices and even had a barrister making us cappuccino etc. The accommodation comes with pool access and very close to Bassano Dal Grappa. Afternoon manager even picked us up from the local train station Rossano Veneto. A must visit when you are in the North of Italy just before heading to Venice."

"Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied. "

"I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When I open my luggage, I removed my shoes from bags. Also I removed my liquids from plastic bag to carry the plane. When I collect again my luggage to return, I realized that all the bags were away. House keeping threw everything. In the room I always need a kettle to drink tea or coffee but it was not available. Restaurant was quite expensive. Main courses starts from 28 euros. I eat in downtown Venice at a good restaurant lower than this price. I requested a glass of wine. The amount of the wine was definetely half. Breakfast was adequate but can be improved. Inside the restaurant there were very little flies disturbing me during breakfast and dinner. They were touching down the food also."
