Lovely resort by the beach, it has a nice relaxing pool with fun activities for kids in the evening. The view of this hotel is a killer, sunset by the beach is a must-see. Lovely and cordial staff and especially Cansu Hanım at the reception is the best of the very best. She helped us all throughout with everything. We will return for sure.

Der Steg am Meer hat keine Sonnenschirme. Pavillonpreise viel zu teuer (umgerechnet 200 Euro pro Tag) Frühstück war gut mit guter Auswahl. Mehr Brotauswahl wäre wünschenswert. Andere Personen von Außerhalb können über den Strand ins Hotel und die Sonnenliegen benutzen. Das Hotelpersonal weiß Bescheid und unternimmt nichts. Betten werden nicht gut bezogen. Der Spa ist sehr schön, jedoch funktionierte das Waschbecken mit dem Eis nicht, sodass kein Eis vorhanden war. Meines Erachtens zu wenig Ruheplätze bzw. Liegen vorhanden. In der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Shampoo, Duschgel etc. Kaffee, Tee im Zimmer wurde nicht nach jeder Zimmerreinigung aufgefüllt.

We had a great time at the Radisson Blu in Ilica. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffe breakfast always had good options and the private beach was very clean and accessible. It’s located fairly close to all tourist attractions in the area which made it easy to explore. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Talep ettigimiz seyler 1 haftalik tatil boyunca yapilmadi ornegin oda telefonu bozuktu talep ettik yapilmadi surekli birseyler sormak icin resepsiyona gitmek durumunda kaldik. Yemek cesitleri coktu ancak genel olarak tat yoktu ve meyve ve sebzeler iyi yikanmamisti cocuk bolumunde yemek olanagi kisitlıydı. Otel yenileyerek acildi o yuzden odada insaat tozlari vardi yürüdüğümüzde toz oldugunu hissediyoruz. Plajda semsiye yetersizdi o yuzden yer konusunda sikinti yasaniyordu.

Radisson Kalitesine Yakışmayan Servis

Odamdaki ilk günümde oda servisi gelmedi ve çöpler temizlenmemişti. Ben saat 16.30 da odama giriş yapıp bu durumu gördüğümde kendi çöpümü kendim aldım. Daha sonra koridorda, kattaki servis görevlisi, elimdeki çöpü gördüğünde ; yoğunuz ancak şimdi sıra gelecek gibi bir geri bildirimde bulundu ve bana tekrar lazım olacağını düşündüğü için kocaman çöp poşeti verdi.

Otele gittiğimizde parasını ödeyerek ayırttığımız odanın olmadığı bilgisi verildi. Hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaptığımız için oda olmadığı halde fazladan oda satıldığı söylendi. Oysa biz rezervasyon yaparken otelin kendi sayfasında da oda vardı. Yaklaşık yarım saat bekledik bize başka bir oda verildi. Bunun dışında Resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok nazikti ve ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Karşılığında da 1 saat geç check out yaptık. Bununla birlikte Otel çok temizdi. Çalışan personel de çok güler yüzlüydü. Deniz kum ve çok temizdi. Başlangıç biraz can sıkıcı olsa da oteldeki konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.
