Das Paar, welches das Hotel leitet, war uns gegenüber stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Es herrscht eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre und so fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben.

Graag deel ik onze fantastische ervaring tijdens ons verblijf in dit hotel. Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het personeel was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamers zijn schoon en stijlvol ingericht. Het ontbijtbuffet was een absoluut hoogtepunt, met een brede selectie. Er was voor ieder wat wils, van vers fruit en yoghurt tot warme ontbijtopties. De kwaliteit van het eten en drinken was uitstekend. De locatie van het hotel is perfect, dichtbij belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Dit maakte het gemakkelijk om de stad te verkennen. Al met al was ons verblijf hier uitzonderlijk aangenaam, en ik zou dit hotel zonder aarzeling aan iedereen aanbevelen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om in de toekomst terug te keren!

Temizlik, karşılama, konum her şey fazlasıyla iyiydi. En önem verdiğim şey temizliktir ve otel ve odalar baştan aşağı mis gibi kokuyordu. Hotels rezervasyonuyla ilgili sorun yaşamamıza rağmen Aycan hanım aşırı kibar ve hoşgörülü davranarak sorunumuzu çözdü bizi mağdur etmedi ve erken check in yaptık. Konaklamamız boyunca en ufak bir sorun yaşamadık her konuda yardımcı olundu. Kahvaltısı da bol çeşitli ve çok tatlıydı. 11 puan olsa 11 puan verirdim:))

Super tolle Lage, alle Mitarbeiter sehr sehr herzlich, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in die Innenstadt von Alacati wo die ganzen Restaurants und Bars sind. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt 🙏Kann ich nur vom herzen empfehlen. Danke für alles🌸

Artılarından bahsetmek gerekir ise oda ve otel genel olarak temizdi. İşletmeciler ve çalışan kişi güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Yürüyerek çarşıya oldukça yakın. En büyük eksisi yolun kenarında olduğu için sabah, öğlen ya da gece farketmeksizin sürekli yoğun bir araç sesi olması. Ayrıca banyoda duş başlığı ve su ayarı gibi şeylerin artık problem olmaması gerekiyor bence…

Genel olarak Otel çok hoştu. Odalar çok temizdi, fakat kapı kolları pek sağlam değildi vede oda duvarları çok ince olduğu için yan odalarda kalanların seslerini duya biliyorduk. Delux Oda seçtiğimiz için bahçe alanımız vardı bakımlı ve temiz idi fakat üç tane kedi vardı alerjisi olanlar sıkıntı yaşıya bilir biz yaşadık. Kediler masaların üzerinde geziyordu misafirlerin üzerine atlıyordu. Rahatsız edici bir durum tekrar yaşamak istemem. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımefendi çok itici bir şekilde bize davrandı dışarda kahvaltı yapamayınca içeri geçmek istedik onaylamadı, orda çalışan bir beyefendi hemen servis açtı içeri geçtik iki masa olmasına rağmen hanım efendi istemedi ve Güler yüzlülüğün bozdu çıkış yaparken bir teşekkür ederiz güle güle bile demedi. Çok üzücü. Son günün kahvaltıda olan hareketi haricinde memnun kaldık.

Nice place and nice people but the problem is that they don’t have stuff so everything was slow like the breakfast at 9:30 never we had it on time because it was one person who is doing everything so we are taking the proper service

Daha önce de kalmış olduğum bu otelde memnun kalıp , tekrar konaklama yaptık. Herşey çok iyiydi , sahipleri de anlayışlı ve güleryüzlü insanlar. Alaçatıda bana göre kalınabilecek en iyi yerlerden biri.
