Fantastic Hotel

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great pool area and spa. An amazing service. Big rooms with great view. Good breakfast. In the high season a bit hard to get taxi on weekends. Can get windy by the beach.

Nie Wieder !!

1 Stern – Nie wieder! Schon am ersten Abend war das Zimmer unerträglich heiß – die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, obwohl das Problem bekannt war. Nach mehreren Beschwerden wurde uns erst um 1 Uhr nachts ein anderes Zimmer gegeben – und das auch noch in schlechterer Kategorie. Mitten in der Nacht mussten wir im Pyjama umziehen – ein absolutes No-Go. Beim Abendessen wurde uns trotz Reservierung ein Tisch „weggenommen“, weil eine andere laut wurde – unfassbar respektlos. Nur dank Ibrahim Bey, der sich wirklich gekümmert hat, war der Abend zu retten. Außerdem: Keine Minibar im All-Inclusive, kein Heineken, kein Beylerbey Raki und noch vieles mehr war nicht inkl – selbst billige Hotels bieten da mehr! Keine klare Infos, keine echte Kundenorientierung. Für uns: ein Reinfall auf ganzer Linie.

The resort has everything 3 restaurants beach 6 swimming pools staff are super friendly and helpful and the room directly on the beach have the most amazing view for sunsets and sunrise

Globally the whole stay has been a great experience. From the reception to the room, from the breakfast to the spa, the pools, the linen, the landscaping, the staff… everything was amazing!
