Völlig überteuert. Frühstück ein Drama. Kaffee dauerte bis zu 20 Min. 3 Leute für das Frühstück des kompletten in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels zuständig. Nachmittags-Rezeptionistin ignoriert jeden. Internet ist für sie interessanter. Kastentüren im Zimmer gehen von selbst quietschend wieder auf. Safe kaputt. Dreck bröselt aus der Klimaanlage aufs Bett. Rollo öffnet nicht ganz. Balkontür quietscht. Vom Beistellbett rutscht die Matratze runter. In 6 Tagen 3x Abendprogramm mit höllisch lauter Musik bis Mitternacht. Wir waren echt enttäuscht.

Hotel is typically regional Italian hotel, I worked in Italy for 20 years and stayed many. It is a little tired, but it was the end of a very long season for the hotel and its staff.

Charmerende familiehotel

vi var 6 dage på hotellet og blev charmeret af det venlige personale, atmosfæren og det, at familien har ejet hotellet siden 1924. Poolen er større end de fleste hotellers - ca. 20m lang - så man kan faktisk også tage sig en svømme tur i den. Der er livredder, så man behøver ikke at være bange for, at ungerne drukner mens man læser ynglingsromanen. Vi var meget begejstrede for at låne hotellets cykler, der godt nok er gamle lig, men det giver en dejlig frihed til at se den gamle by og kanalen. Cesenatico har en Michelin-restaurant - Magnolia - trods det at det bare er en lille flække. Værelserne er ikke super luksuriøse, men hyggelige og dejlige at være i. Vi fik værelser til haven (=gaden) og det var ikke problematisk mht. støj.
