Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned holiday home for rent in the town of Cervione, less than a kilometre from the beach. It features a shared swimming pool, has a floor area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 30 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 27 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and two single folding beds (ideal for children)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, fan.

Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool (2 x 10×5 m), open from mid-May to mid-September. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.
- A lovely enclosed garden of 25 m²
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Cervione, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Bastia Ferry Terminal, approximately 1 hour’s drive away
- Nearest airport: Figari Airport, approximately 2 hours’ drive away

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- There is a security camera in the living room. Please unplug it on arrival and plug it back in before you leave
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Children must be supervised by a parent whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to weather conditions.
