We had a bit of a snafu when the hotel ATM ate my husband's credit card, and since it was Saturday and we were flying the next day it was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel."

We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar—great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring Rome. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked beautiful and will definitely be on our list for next time. A special thank you to Ivan at the front desk, whose warm, attentive service made our stay even better. He was professional, personable, and one of the many reasons we’ll gladly return to Hotel Artemide."
