"Location is great! Across the street from Roma Termini so easy access for travel! The hotel is very clean but could use some updating. My only real complaint is that the what’s app chat they use is not monitored and responded to in a timely manner. Asked for an iron and got a message the next day asking if I still needed it! The front desk staff is very friendly! All in all not a bad experience but could use some improvement!"

"The hotel is clean and nice. The front desk was helpful with all that we asked such as where things are, reservations, calling the taxi, getting our train tickets.
The roof top bar and restaurant has a beautiful view. The food and drinks were very good. A nice way to end each day."
