"Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the lake and surrounded by great shopping opportunities, including luxury designer boutiques such as Hermès. The breakfast area and restaurant were both excellent, offering a lovely atmosphere and a delicious variety of food. We truly enjoyed the dining experience. The only downside, which may have simply been bad luck during our stay, was some construction work taking place in the street directly opposite the hotel. The noise started early in the morning and was a little disturbing. However, this was a temporary inconvenience, and overall, our experience was excellent. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!"

"The staff was amazing. The ladies helping were great! The food at the restaurant was amazing too but the servers were not attentive kinda rude dismissive. I asked for a dessert menu and she never came back to check what I wanted to order so we got tired of waiting to get her attention so we decided to just pay and leave. The laundry room needs updates I spent many hrs trying to dry my clothes and the dryer didn’t work I had to bring my wet clothes in the luggage and ended up paying for overweight due to that. Besides those two things I experience everything else was great. Also please check your hair dryers ours didn’t work but wasn’t that big of a deal. Thank you."
