"My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett"

"Although experian confirmed my booking, when I arrived the receptionist said they could not take me because i hadnt prepaid, as the town was very full with Perumin visitors, I insisted and reluctantly agreed to pay more than $500 USD per night!!! it is the most expensive and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at... scubbed walls, hard pillow, broken tiles, old scraped furniture, shower unpredictable going form cold to hot in seconds.
